I discovered this soap at a farmers market this summer. I just placed my first order via the website and was overwhelmed with the wonderful service I received. I ordered 3 unscented soaps and 1 scented; my husband is allergic to scent; but I thought I would treat myself to one with scent. The team packing the order noticed, and was worried I made a mistake as the scented soap used to have an unscented version. The went over and above, including the unscented version so that I would not be disappointed. This along with nice personal touches of a hand written note and “You are beautiful” sticker, and a caramel candy, along with a thank you via my order confirmation made me feel happy every step of the way. I never really understood what shop local meant until this experience. The people really care; this would never happen on Amazon! Thank you so much for your wonderful, caring service, and for your amazing product. I will be talking about this to everyone I know – hopefully they will get the same warm fuzzy feeling as I have supporting your business.
